New Shiny S-843
This new stamp is a replacement for the Shiny S1823.
The S1823 model was a 47 x 18 mm potential image stamped size.
The new model the Shiny S-843 is also a 47 x 18 mm stamp image size.
NO, you do not have to fill the entire area of a stamp.
It can be as small as a full stop in the centre right up to the dimensions of the stamp less 0.6 mm on each side for the bevel in the rubber.
The area available is up to the measurement shown.
This is a really great model for address stamps.

Also, for lawyers marking documents with personal identification like;
Jonathon Bart Smith
Solicitor
Eketahuna
The great thing about this model is that it uses the S1823 ink pads.
They are interchangeable between the two models and allows for a succession on these models.
Ink colours available for this model include:
- Black
- Red
- Blue
- Green
- Violet
New Trodat stamps.
These two models share the same body.
They have been upgraded to the P4 family of stamps that include the Trodat 4910, 4911, 4912, 4913, 4914 and 4915.
There is a new shape, less size, lower plastic volume used so it is better on the environment and the winged ink pad design is for easy changing.
The two new models are the Trodat 4750 Dater stamp and the Trodat 4941 text and image stamp.
These stamps are both 41 x 24 mm in size.
The Trodat 4750 has the changeable date in the middle.
They have a redesigned ink pad which is shared between them and are known by the code on the back of 6/4750.
We have noticed however that the old ink pads do not fit the new bodies as there are special grooves in the underside to perfectly align the pad.
As it is inserted and there is a matching lump in the body to assist that which stops the old pad type fitting in.
On each side are little wings that allow you to grab the ink pad and, once separated from the rubber die.
Pull the pad easily out of the stamp body for changing or topping up.
The Trodat 4750 dater stamp is one of the highest volume sellers of the date stamps.
This stamp has area above and below the changeable date to add text or a very small and basic logo.
There are four rotatable rubber bands which have the days of the month on the first two bands, month as three letters and year as four numbers.
Dialling these bands is how you can change the date stamped at any time you like.
Yes, a border can be used as you can see on this example below.
There isn’t a lot of space on either side of the date, but some things can be squeezed in.
Ink colour choices for these two models are:
- Black
- Red
- Blue
- Green
- Violet
And for the 4750 stamp:
- Red/Blue with the red in the middle for the date.
Did you know that at any time you can top up the ink in a Self-Inking Stamp?
- Lock the stamp in the partially down position.
- Remove the ink pad.
- Add a drop or more of Trodat 7011 ink to the surface for Trodat Stamps or Shiny Supreme inks for the Shiny brand of stamps.
- (you can find Trodat Inks all HERE).
- Wait for it to disperse for 10 minutes.
- Pop back in the stamp.
- Start stamping.
Hey presto back to new effect on paper.
Great when you are marking shopping bags or marking your brand on important documents.
Maybe ensuring your signature stamp is stamping perfectly.
